Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1-2 workdays after sample or bulk production is over.
The sooner we produce, the sooner we ship out. Shipment will not occur on weekends or holidays.
Thus there will be corresponding delays due to specific situations. We will inform our clients about weekends or holidays in advance.

We usually support three shipping methods. Please check the chart below.

*Remarks: Different shipping companies charge differently. And the different weights of apparel and different destination will vary due to the charges of shipping companies.

Shipment tracking
After we send out the package, the tracking number will be available for checking within 1 workday. We will send the relevant link for clients to check.
Customs and Taxes
MGOO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (duties, taxes, etc.)
Damages or Lost Packages
MGOO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If the package is lost, please inform us as soon as possible, our support team will help to submit a claim.
